- Diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience providing business analysis for Information Technology or Information Management projects with complex business processes.
- Experience in digital delivery such as: agile development, software architecture, software development lifecycle, user engagement, change management, incident management, technology management, IT security, and/or other related experiences.

The Health Sector IM/IT Division (HSIMIT) consolidates the Ministry’s information management and information technology (IM/IT) systems into one portfolio and ensures a coordinated approach across the Ministry of Health and the provincial health sector. The division promotes the integration of health sector data into daily business operations and policy development and provides sector-wide leadership for IM/IT planning and business solutions.
The Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB) is responsible for the provision of IM/IT services and business solutions to ministry program areas including business analysis services, IT computer hardware and software solutions, IM/IT planning and development services, and contract management of outsourced application service delivery partners.
This role will provide business analysis services for assigned clients and projects, recommend technology solutions, prepare technical specifications and related documentation, develop educational material and provide user training.
