- Process IGO and NIGO cases accurately and efficiently
- Analyze cases to determine complexity and appropriate routing
- Contact appropriate resources to resolve NIGO cases
- Handle sensitive communications with customers and financial associates
- Resolve inquiries from internal and external customer contacts
- Document calls and written communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service or financial service industry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in office computer software
- Background verification and fingerprinting required
