- Manage full project lifecycle for software development initiatives using Agile methodologies.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and track deliverables.
- Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Provide clear, consistent updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Foster continuous improvement across teams by evolving Agile practices and optimizing team dynamics.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a focus on software development (not infrastructure).
- Expert-level knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); SAFe experience is a strong plus.
- Proven success managing multiple concurrent software projects in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are preferred.
