Job Description
- Req#: 21-70948
- Document creation and maintenance, including processes, procedures, specifications and narratives,
- Ensures that frequent organizational changes impacting user access needs are correctly translated to identity lifecycle processes and automation
- Support new applications onboarding onto centralized access management, including gathering and analysis of business requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Expert knowledge in Excel, SQL, other MS Office Suite products, and iGrafx
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present information in an understandable format
- Must have demonstrated experience in producing Runbooks, Business Requirements Document (BRD), Structured SOPs, Workflow Creations and process modeling.
- Strong interview abilities to collect the appropriate level of detail required from a range of stakeholders (Business/Application Owners, Engineering & Operations Teams)
- Previously experience and/or strong working knowledge of Identity & Access Management processes and business services
- Ability to provide examples / samples indicative of process analyst and business analyst skillset

Location: Initial remote, then Glendale, AZ office (open to fully remote for the right candidate)
