What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with SAP work streams, ABAP development teams, and Global Business Solution partners to optimize operational performance
- Interpret business incidents and requests to recommend best practices
- Lead small functional teams or projects, complying with audit regulations and internal policies
- Identify and solve issues through root cause analysis and provide on-call support
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical personnel effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or IT related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP Finance modules
- 5+ years of experience working within Financial Accounting and Controlling modules
- 3+ years of work experience related to product costing and forecasting methodologies
- 5+ years of work experience supporting AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Tax Mgmt, and more

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of work experience in a SOX compliant environment
- Knowledge of BADI’s, BAPI’s, Routines, and other enhancement objects
- Working knowledge of Sales and Distribution module
