Your Role:

• Leverage Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and PowerShell scripting to drive automation.
• Enhance and maintain CMDB content, ensuring validation and data quality.
• Develop and manage reporting tools such as PowerBI for End-User Services.
• Support administrative tasks related to Active Directory and Virtual Desktop Management.
• Play a crucial role in Hardware lifecycle management processes.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with integration partners and vendors.

Your Profile:

• Relevant academic background in IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and administration.
• Familiarity with on-premises Active Directory and hybrid environments.
• A solid understanding of IT support and development processes (ITIL, Agile).
• Cybersecurity awareness is key.
• Independent, solution-driven mindset with the ability to work both individually and within teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
