Job Description

- Analyze and model technical and business requirements in collaboration with developers, architects, and product owners
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Support system architecture design, API integration, and data flow modeling
- Evaluate technical solutions for scalability, security, and compliance with banking regulations
- Contribute to the adoption of modern technologies such as cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and microservices
- Conduct impact assessments for system changes and support agile release planning
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in the banking, FinTech, or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of IT architectures, databases, APIs (REST, SOAP), and modern software development practices
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
