What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business partners, project team members, and external vendors to ensure clarity of business problems and outcomes
- Provide technical expertise across Enterprise and Infrastructure technology business units
- Act as a project lead on small size projects and technology-driven initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and document business and/or technical requirements
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent required
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong Business Acumen with knowledge of P&C products preferred
- Strong relationship skills to collaborate effectively with business & IT partners
- Analytical Thinking and strong communication (written and verbal) skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Guidewire software
- Additional certifications or training related to IT Business Analysis
