      Pay Range: $29.55 to $44.32

      Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

      Kwik Trip Inc. The IT Retail Services Business Integration Support Analyst 2 is responsible for new and existing product development including the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and support of IT Retail Services’ business processes and business applications used at all of Kwik Trip Inc.’s stores. As a level 2 analyst, this position is expected to become subject matter expert for their assigned applications. The current open position will focus on Kwik Trip’s digital media solution which presents video and audio messaging in-stores and on the fuel pumps across our retail locations. Responsibilities will include increasing the up-time and stability as well as working with Marketing, Retail, and Fuel departments to ensure the current and any new solutions meet their needs. This position must have the ability to manage the vendors involved with the digital media solution to ensure they are the best fit for Kwik Trip.

      Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Managing and monitoring 10,000+ digital displays including updates and configuration
      • Provide documentation and training to the appropriate areas for product replacements, configurations, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
      • Managing vendors to ensure their solution is meeting Kwik Trip’s expectations.
      • Maintain a high level of communications with the stakeholders and management of project issues including tracking system changes, release schedules, conversion issues and testing of new releases.
      • The Support Analyst will be responsible for the highest level of product knowledge and support for the solution.
      • The ability to use lab environment for testing, QA, and troubleshooting.
      • Being able to work alone, with a team, and with third party support groups.

      Skill Qualifications :

      • Excellent verbal and written communications skills working with all levels of the organization and with external vendors.
      • A high level of general educational development, normally acquired through the completion of an associate degree program, in an Information Technology (IT) related field.
      • Beneficial to have experience in Business Information environments, digital media, or basic networking.
      • Ability to understand multi-site retail technology.
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems along with a knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; project management
      • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
      • Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record

      Physical qualifications include:

      Ability to sit, stand, or drive for extended periods of time; work up to 10+ hour shifts; lift up to 60 lbs.

      Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, 40 hours/week, between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm or as needed to perform duties. At times, this position is required to perform some job duties during non-work hours. Overtime may be required.
