      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in providing application configuration support to enhance operational efficiencies and patient safety
      - Participate in needs assessment, software design, implementation, and reporting
      - Collaborate with clinical subject matter experts to facilitate improved clinical workflow design
      - Support training efforts by developing end-user training materials
      - Troubleshoot issues with vendor assistance and support Hospital Information Systems interfaces

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Equivalent / GED (Required)
      - 1+ years of experience working with clinical applications, such as laboratory systems, radiology systems, and pharmacy systems (Required)
      - Understanding of JCAHO and HIPAA requirements (Required proficiency)
      - Good written and verbal communication skills (Required proficiency)
      - Ability to work in a team environment (Required proficiency)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
      - Clinical experience and workflow redesign experience (Preferred)
      - 4+ years in designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Epic applications (Preferred)
      - Epic Application Certification (Preferred)
      - Knowledge of change control procedures and standards (Preferred proficiency)
