What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate and manage a portfolio of IT contracts, including software licensing agreements, hardware procurement, cloud services agreements, data protection agreements, IT professional services contracts, and technology maintenance and support contracts
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, IT Security, Supply Chain, GPO, and Legal to ensure alignment on contractual and legal matters
- Provide contract-related support and guidance to management, technology teams, and business owners
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology contract management
- Assist with other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep understanding of technology and software licensing
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university or Five (5) years of related work experience in IT Contract Administration, IT Project Management, IT Vendor Management, or Purchasing, preferably in a healthcare provider setting
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
