      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead end-to-end contract negotiation processes with managed service providers and technology vendors for major IT system implementations
      - Draft, review, and revise Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with project goals and compliance requirements
      - Monitor contract compliance and performance metrics post-award, supporting issue resolution and amendments
      - Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal/regulatory developments relevant to IT sourcing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Information Technology, or a related field
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT contract negotiation and complex system implementation contracts
      - Experience advising on RFPs, evaluating vendor responses, and negotiating with large system integrators
      - Strong knowledge of IT procurement practices, legal terms, and software licensing models
      - Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SAP Ariba
      - JD or advanced contract management certification (e.g., IACCM, CIPP, NCMA)
