      Job Description

      As an IT Coupa Analyst, you will be:

      • Supporting the implementation of the Coupa Procure to Pay tool
      • Leading configuration activities in the assigned areas of Coupa
      • Providing training to the Key Users and Local Admins on the system, both remotely and on site. This includes short period travelling & demo presentations
      • Troubleshooting and/or answering requests from Key Users & Local Admins as the level 2 support
      • Reviewing new Coupa releases & implementing the new Coupa capabilities
      • Drafting processes and creating documentation
      • Improving current solutions in the system
      • Day to day ongoing care and maintenance of the tool as a member of the Group Admin Team
      • Being a point of contact for Interns and Junior System Admins. This includes providing training and guidance

      Qualifications

      • University Graduate (master’s degree), IT/Accounting background as an advantage
      • Working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay process
      • Experience in administration of a Coupa or any other Procure to Pay solution
      • Good presentation skills
      • English (fluent written and spoken)
      • Good overall computer skills (MS Office, focus on Excel)
      • Experience in working with ERP systems will be an advantage
      • Analytical skills, multitasking, experience in working with complex data
      • Assertive and demonstrating initiative when investigating issues
      • Detail oriented
      • Problem solving oriented
      • Customer Service mindset
      • Ability to work effectively under pressure
      • Team player with good communication skills
