      Cimarron is seeking IT Customer Relationship Managers to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract at the Redstone Arsenal in the Huntsville, AL area. The selected candidates will serve as the primary liaison between our agency and key government partner organizations. Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) will be embedded across contract teams, supporting the delivery of mission-critical and enterprise IT solutions. In this role, candidates will build trusted relationships with senior leadership, foster collaboration, and promote the adoption of IRES capabilities to enhance the overall customer experience.

      Key Duties:

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with government partners and senior leadership to support communication and collaboration.
      • Align customer missions and strategic objectives with IRES offerings using shared strategy and roadmap templates.
      • Assess current and future-state needs of assigned government partners and identify opportunities for IRES solutions.
      • Develop business cases that articulate the value and ROI of proposed solutions in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.
      • Translate business processes into functional requirements, designs, and user stories to support solution development.
      • Coordinate with technical teams to implement solutions using Agile or waterfall methodologies and manage CRM workflows and dashboards.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent client engagement and effective life cycle management.
      • Lead requirements gathering sessions and validate needs to ensure solutions align with stakeholder expectations.
      • Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations in all client communications and data handling.
      • Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and analyze data to identify trends and improve performance.

      Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

      • Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at the time.
      • This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire.       • Active Secret Clearance.
      • 3 or more years of IT customer relations experience or experience in customer relationship management, business development, or a related field, with a strong focus on government or public sector clients.
      • Experience with requirements management.
      • Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
      • Strong customer focus with a deep understanding of customer needs and satisfaction drivers.
      • Knowledge of strategic planning and business case development processes.
      • Experience in requirements development, technology implementation, and project management.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging clients and stakeholders.
      • Ability to navigate and operate within complex organizational structures and processes.
      • Familiarity with government budgeting and acquisition processes, including POM.
      • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
      • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable, results-driven outcomes.
      • Strong foundation in strategic planning, business case development, requirements definition, and the implementation of technical solutions in a complex government environment.
      • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
      • Associate degree (or higher) in Information Technology or a related technical discipline.

      Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

      • Familiarity with any CRM software and tools, and the ability to leverage technology to improve customer relationships (e.g., Salesforce, Service Now Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, etc.).
      • Proficiency developing and implementing quality metrics and scorecards.
      • Familiarity with the Missile Defense Agency.
