  As an IT Data Analyst , you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and manage data products that contribute to our Data & Analytics organization's success. You will play a supporting role in our data-driven decision-making processes and contribute to the development and management of data products.

  **This position is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week on-site at our Allendale, NJ office.**

  What You Will Do:

  Data Product Ownership:

  • Take ownership of assigned data products, including their development, maintenance, and optimization.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.

  • Ensure data products align with business goals and contribute to overall organizational success.

  Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and trends within large datasets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

  Data Engineering:

  • Assist in the design and maintenance of data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.

  • Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

  Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical audiences.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.

  What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required.

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study is preferred.

  • Ability to analyze business situations required.

  • Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL preferred.

  • Experience with data engineering and product management or advanced data science technologies preferred.

  Travel Percentage: 10%
