Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and trends within large datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Assist in the design and maintenance of data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical audiences.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study is preferred.
Ability to analyze business situations required.
Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL preferred.
Experience with data engineering and product management or advanced data science technologies preferred.
Work Flexibility: HybridAs an IT Data Analyst , you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and manage data products that contribute to our Data & Analytics organization's success. You will play a supporting role in our data-driven decision-making processes and contribute to the development and management of data products.
**This position is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week on-site at our Allendale, NJ office.**
