What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as an internal consultant to provide strategic recommendations and insights to IT and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders across IT and the business
- Lead root cause analysis efforts for complex issues, collaborating with technical experts and business leaders
- Coach product teams on application interdependencies and documentation for effective communication
- Present key findings and recommendations to C-suite leaders and stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in IT or technology-related areas
- 5+ years of advisory experience in IT consulting, operations, or project management
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and executing projects across multiple business functions
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and foundational business principles
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree preferred
- Previous IT consulting experience
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
