      JOB DESCRIPTION:

      JOB TITLE: IT Desktop Engineer
      LOCATION: Krakow – Poland

      GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

      System Engineer will be responsible for designing and supporting hardware, software, and cloud services, for helping deploy, manage, track, and audit endpoint devices.

      The position holder will work with the Global IT Infrastructure Team to engineer and administer multiple Microsoft and 3rd party technology corporate services.
      At all times, the IT System Admin will ensure that all devices, applications, and systems are meeting SLA objectives, fully compliant, and respond to requests & incidents about the various platforms.

      RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

      • Provide system administration of Mobile Device management solution (Intune)
      • Provide technical support for user & mobile device issues.
      • Provide system administration of Mac OS Device management solution (JAMF)
      • Provide technical support for user & Mac OS device issues.
      • Provide system administration of Mobile Device management solution (Intune)
      • Provide system administration of workstations management solution (SCCM)
      • System Administrator ensures that all devices are in compliance with our policies and procedures.
      • Create, implement, and maintain policies and practices.
      • Report to leadership on security gaps, issues, failures, or concerns.
      • Collaborate with support, engineering & infrastructure teams.
      • Keep documentation current for supported systems.
      • Proactively analyze, troubleshoots, and resolve infrastructure issues.
      • Perform system installations, upgrades, training, documentation, monitoring and analysis.

      Experience requirement:

      • 2-4 years of work experience as a System Administrator – supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting MDM systems
      • 3 years of Android and iOS troubleshooting experience (required)
      • 2 years of Mac OS management experience (required)
      • 2 years of experience supporting users and workstations using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) (required)
      • In-depth knowledge of mobile device operating systems and functionality.
      • Experience using and responding to monitoring tools (SolarWinds)
      • Minimum of 2 years in Microsoft Azure
      • Minimum of 2 years in Office 365
      • Strong understanding of servers & configuration & maintenance: Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022, Active Directory,
      • Networking understanding of DNS, TCP/IP
      • ITIL tools & processes

      KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

      Education

      • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, related field or relevant work experience.
      • Microsoft Certified Professional desired.

      • Demonstrated documentation skills with Visio and other tools.
