We are looking for a part time (20 hr/week) internal desktop support intern to work with the team at our East Orlando Support Center. This will be an 8–12 week program and will pay $15/hr.

How will I be learning about Desktop Support?

• Performing basic application and workstation maintenance and repairs
• Installing equipment including monitors, scanners, printers, etc.
• Utilizing a help desk ticketing system
• Providing technical support to employees via phone, chat, and in person

Ideal candidates for this internship will be a Junior or Senior level student pursuing an information technology degree. This work will involve physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs., bending, and walking.
