      Inside the Role

      Interns will gain knowledge and experience through exciting and real-life learning opportunities. Interns must work in accordance with DTNA’s core values of passion, respect, integrity and discipline. Internship positions can be located at various DTNA locations across the US. We are looking for high performing and motivated individuals in various areas within DTNA organizations. DTNA internships begin each summer in May or June.

      Interns in this role may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position subject to manager evaluations and business availability.

      The intern in the position will perform work across multiple areas of Gastonia’s overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration including IT systems software and databases, data networks and processing operations, end user technology and software support.

      They will also develop program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements software applications. Analyzes requirements, tests and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.

      Salary placement is determined by your anticipated graduation year and ranges between $21 - $30 per hour.

      • Work on Agile projects, providing analysis as needed and developing applications that support DTNA teams
      • Apply conceptual thinking to create best-in-class digital products while bridging user needs, business goals and technical realities
      • Contribute to technical requirements, architecture, and interface design documents

      Knowledge You Should Bring

      • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s/PhD Program from an accredited college/university or have graduated within the last 12 months.
      • Ability to work in a highly efficient and agile environment
      • Experience with SQL
      • Experience with Tableau preferred
      • Experience with Snowflake preferred
      • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
      • Experience with Power BI preferred
      • Basic web development skills preferred
      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Solid organizational skills
      • Creative mindset
      • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
