      Position Overview IT Development Program (ITDP) Are you passionate about technology and innovation? The IT Development Program is a two-year rotational program that aims to prepare you for a future leadership role in our IT organization. You will gain exposure to different aspects of our business, such as software development, data analytics, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. You will also receive mentorship, coaching, training, and certification support to enhance your skills and knowledge. If you are ready to take your career to the next level and join a dynamic team of IT professionals, apply now for the IT Development Program As an ITDP participant, you will: Complete 4 6-month rotations in various IT functions across our company Work on meaningful projects and initiatives that impact our business performance and strategy Learn from senior leaders and experts in the field of IT Develop your technical, analytical, communication, and leadership skills Highlights Four six-month rotations Functional and technical tracks that cater to different knowledge backgrounds and career preferences. Hands-on experience with subject matter experts and leadership Specialized curriculum including leadership development, as well as functional and technical skills development Ongoing mentoring and coaching Responsibilities Projects may include: Data analytics Application development Cyber security Agile teams Network infrastructure Minimum Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other business/technology related disciplines and will obtain degree prior to first day of employment OR Bachelor’s degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other business/technology related disciplines Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Graduation Date between January. 2023 - Aug. 2024 Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 on 4.0 scale Previous technical internship or work experience outside of classroom setting Demonstrated leadership and growth potential Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, communication, and interpersonal skills Ideal candidates are flexible, enthusiastic and possess a sincere interest in growing their careers in the technology industry.
