- Lead and oversee the teams’ strategy, technical plans and systems roadmaps.
- Oversee the deployment, and post-deployment operator support, of technologies with their domain
- Manage alignment to Sales family requirements including coordination of IST review and response to net-new and cross sales opportunities
- Manage external (outside of Sodexo) and internal (within Sodexo) stakeholders for their domain.
- Maintain regional alignment of application portfolio within their domain to regional enterprise architecture and master data models
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum five years implementing technology solutions or complex business processes
- Minimum two to three years’ experience in managing personnel and/or vendor relationships or equivalent experience
- Strong project management skills ; PMP certification is an asset but not required
- Successful experience in Quality assurance and security management in IT
- Proven experience in IT & Business strategy alignment, governance management
- Experience in Functional Application management
- Good financial acumen is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sodexo is looking for an IT Director, Business Technology. In this role, you coordinate, and manage the Food, Retail and Facility Management IT team. You oversee the technical aspects of product development, evolution and roadmap for both build and run of all areas of the Food, Retail and Facility Management domain. This includes Food Production System, Point of Sale, Other Consumer Facing Retail systems as well as Hard and Soft Facilities Management work order management and dispatching systems and all associated technologies that enable customer utilization of Sodexo services.

Job Description
How You’ll Make an Impact:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between the Canadian Sales organization, acting as liaison to support the offer development and selling process including continuous grooming of the client facing application portfolio to keep up with segment offers.
You ensure the continuous improvement of teams in how they work (creativity, quality of cooperation), demonstrating empathy, co-operation, transparency, courage and humility. You will also facilitate the IS&T Governance for their respective domain business partners (taking them through the steps and ensuring coordination for example). You act as the conduit between their domain of expertise and Global/Regional IS&T domain leads.
