Uplift Education - BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science or IS management or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years managing entire IT departments including Helpdesk, systems and networkinfrastructure.
- Significant experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience invirtualization and cloud computing like Nutanix,VMWareor AWS.
- Experience in implementingframeworks like ITIL or HDI.
- Experience with Identity Management solutions. Summary: The IT Director will provide leadership and assume management responsibilityfor the direction, coordination, integration and implementation of technology across all Uplift Education schools. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Information Technology, the IT Directorwill evaluate and implement technology solutions to support instructional, administrative and support services. Also, will possess in-depth technical expertise and will provide strategic leadership, planning, and management to all areas of information technology.The IT Director will oversee theIT Manager and existing Helpdesk team along with directly managing the Systems and Network group.
