Fresh graduate or young professionals with less than 2 years’ experience.
Background in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, and other computer/engineering related courses.
Excited to learn different IT tools and technologies.
Motivated to take various IT and Functional trainings.
Prepared to work with teams from multiple locations.
Possesses analytical thinking and strong communication skills
Awareness on the principle of Scrum-Agile framework (preferred)

Are you a fresh graduate or an IT professional with less than 2 years' experience? If it's a resounding YES, this might be the perfect career opportunity for you! You can be a part of a rotational program in Manila Shared Services Center called Horizons. This program aims to immerse young professionals into different IT fields in Chevron such as software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, etc.

What is the Horizons Program?
Horizons is an employee development program designed to accelerate the competencies, knowledge, skills, and self-confidence of Chevron’s early career workforce. The program’s primary focus is the first three to five years of an employee’s career and provides a solid foundation of knowledge and experience which enables them to contribute at a higher level more quickly.
