      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate remediation activities with IT Security and other team members to ensure efficient IT operations.
      - Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure, including provisioning new virtual machines and automating processes.
      - Administer and troubleshoot Citrix and Windows-based systems, including user profiles and security hardening.
      - Collaborate with Network Operations to implement infrastructure that supports a Software Defined Network environment.
      - Create and update documentation related to IT environments and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A baccalaureate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and four years of relevant full-time experience, or a degree with eight years of experience in related fields.
      - Proven experience in VMware, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Citrix XenApp/Virtual Apps, and Linux systems.
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Directory Services and enterprise-level Active Directory.
      - Experience in creating and troubleshooting Group Policies.
      - Ability to provide on-call support and diagnose complex IT issues.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of VMware experience with a VMware Certification (VCP-DCV 2020 minimum).
      - Experience with Microsoft Azure environments and PowerCLI.
      - Familiarity with FSLogix for user profile management.
      - Knowledge of network operations and infrastructure planning.
      - Experience with Windows Server environments (2008 R2 and above).
