- Software Installation: Install and configure essential software applications to support and optimise the business processes in the laboratories.
- Problem Solving: Independently identify and resolve infrastructure issues while coordinating with multiple teams.
- Certificate & Security Management: Request, install, and manage digital certificates, update and manage passwords, and ensure certificates are up-to-date.
- System Monitoring: Set up and maintain system monitoring processes to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Network Requests: Request and test network flows to ensure proper connectivity and security.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
- Ability to work independently and proactively address problems.
- Strong knowledge of certificate management and network security.
- Experience with system monitoring and software installation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with L2 support activities and protocols.
- Experience working with Linux and Windows servers.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services and administration.
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive and capable of working autonomously.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our IT Solutions Team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our infrastructure operates efficiently, securely, and is up-to-date with the latest software. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing infrastructure-related tasks, providing Level 2 (L2) support, and handling the installation and maintenance of current software applications to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
