Job Title: IT Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Intern to join our team. We are seeking a motivated IT Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to develop technical skills, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to real-world IT operations.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues under supervision.
• Work with IT support tickets, assigning them to the appropriate team members and learning our ticketing system.
• Document IT processes and create troubleshooting guides to enhance knowledge sharing.
• Support user account management, including Active Directory tasks like password resets and access permissions.
• Engage in guided problem-solving exercises to gain insight into IT infrastructure challenges.
• Attend regular check-ins with a mentor to discuss progress, challenges, and learning objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues.
• Good understanding of Windows Operating System and IT environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Virtual Machines for user access management.
• Understanding of technology used to access and authorize users into resources.
• Basic documentation knowledge to support IT process improvements.
• A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
