What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with tracking IT hardware, licenses, and assignments
- Support software audits and update inventory tools, such as spreadsheets and SharePoint lists
- Track and document software versions and coordinate software deployment updates
- Help gather quotes, track IT orders, and maintain purchasing records
- Use task management tools to manage requests and document IT procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be enrolled in a related degree program (IT, MIS, Business, etc.)
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to learn new software and technologies as needed
- Knowledge of basic IT concepts and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Excel, SharePoint, or Power Apps is a bonus
- Experience using task management and process tools such as Asana or LucidChart
