What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of all applications in the search services team
- Define and implement strategies and roadmaps aligned with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate applications and services
- Ensure application stability, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring and continuous improvements
- Manage development projects, prioritize tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and track progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience leading an engineering team focusing on product and catalog data, Elastic Search, and related tools
- Strong technical skills, including cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps practices
- Experience with project management and prioritization of multiple projects
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and manage a team, and communicate effectively with stakeholders

- Experience in multi-brand, multi-language, multi-geography applications
