      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and support modernization, sustainment, and transformation of interconnected enterprise IT systems within a federal agency
      - Apply expertise in IT modernization, acquisitions, and project management to federal IT initiatives
      - Design and implement continuous improvement strategies for legacy and modern IT systems
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in AI/GenAI, advising on integration and scaling across agency platforms
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on systems development, operations, and sustainment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
      - At least 1 year of experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions in a federal government environment
      - Demonstrated experience leading or supporting enterprise IT modernization or system transformation efforts
      - Hands-on experience in software sustainment, IT project management, or IT modernization
      - Successful completion of a government security screening and/or a Secret Clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Recognized AI-related certification (e.g., Microsoft AI Fundamentals, Google AI, or equivalent)
      - Experience working with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
