      HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

      In collaboration with TMH leaders, the IT Network Analyst II:

      • Analyzes complex local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, and selecting operating systems and protocol suites.
      • Configures communication media with concentrators, bridges, and other devices. Assists in developing advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.
      • Advises Project Support Services team on all infrastructure-related requirements.
      • Routinely monitors communications performance using visual, diagnostic equipment/tools, status indicator checking methods, etc., to locate problems.
      • Recommends and responds to user requests for system hardware and software upgrades and changes.
      • Provides maintenance support for various systems, such as electronic mail or other server systems.
      • Serves in an “on-call” rotation.

      • IT/Manager Infrastructure Ops

      • None

      WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

      Required Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
      • Human Resources (HR) may substitute directly related professional experience for required education on a 1:1 basis, in addition to the minimum required experience below.

      Required Experience:

      • Two (2) years directly related professional experience.

      Required Certification/License/Registry:

      • None
      • Preferred qualification: Industry certifications attained from one or more primary technology vendors (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, EMC, IBM) or credentials from one or more industry credentialing vendors (e.g., CompTIA, etc.). Three (3) or more years of experience with EMC VNX/Celerra. Two (2) or more years of experience with Avamar backup solutions. Two (2) or more years of experience with Rubrik. One (1) or more years of experience with Tintri storage appliances.
