What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support strategic planning and operational execution across the IT organization
- Analyze large data sets and develop reports on business performance metrics
- Administer and maintain internal IT SharePoint sites, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility
- Facilitate meetings, training sessions, and customer engagement for new processes
- Contribute to the planning and tracking of strategic IT initiatives and projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration or a related field
- Minimum of four to six (4-6) years of experience in descriptive analytics of operational data sets
- Advanced skills in data analytics tools such as Excel, Access, or Tableau
- Proficient knowledge in two or more business operations disciplines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a hybrid or enterprise IT environment
- Knowledge of change management and communication planning
- Graphic design or visual communication skills for internal branding
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or IT service management (e.g., ITIL Foundation)
