- First line analysis using logs and various platforms
- Experienced Office 365
- Windows/Linux PC installations using different tools automations
- Preferably knowledge over ITIL ServiceDesk ticketing processes
- Mindset towards security processes
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, PowerShell, Intune, Defender, Exchange
- IOS/Android device Support
- Support and troubleshoot for systems running on Windows and Linux operating system
- Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking technologies
- At least 2 years of experience on a similar position
- Enthusiastic
- Flexible and willing to adapt according to the priorities within the team and standby mechanism
- Customer communication skills
- Stress resilient
- Willing to learn and share knowledge with the team
- Team spirit
- Positive and proactive mind set with focus on problem solving and continuous improvements
- Communicates fluently in English and Dutch
