What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to user requests via phone and ticketing system, prioritizing phone requests
- Resolve support issues ranging from password resets to software bugs and feature requests
- Document and summarize interactions with end users for tracking and reporting
- Troubleshoot and support proprietary and third-party software programs
- Support Windows 10, 11, and Mac OS
What is Required (Qualifications):
- AS degree in technical field and/or technical certifications
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to find effective solutions
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving tangible results
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to contribute to team dynamics
- Minimum one-year verifiable technology support experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Industry certifications
- Basic understanding of firewall and routing technologies
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and DNS
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems
