- Optimize employee satisfaction by providing a support service experience that employees find welcoming and appealing
- Deliver support services that employees are eager to use - support includes personalized configuration, troubleshooting, problem resolution and proactive technical advice
- Support mobility devices such as company mobile phones (Android, iOS), iPad
- Provide application and hardware support for all managed desktops (Windows/OSX), printers, network connectivity, VPN etc. including lifecycle management of workstations
- Provide personalized incident management for ticket creation, engineering engagement, escalation and direction – be a single point of contact for communication status
- Knowledge of, and keen interest in, IT Infrastructure to include
- PC – Windows/Apple OS/Hardware
- Phone – Android/iOS/Windows
- Conferencing – Video/Audio with emphasis on Zoom
- Collaboration tools – Teams, SharePoint Online
- You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK'
- Expected to complete second year of a Computing related degree course by end June 2024 (or third year for relevant IT degrees)
- You will have achieved 2.1 classification or higher in your course modules to date. Please include a full list of module marks from your first year, and any current year to date. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of the application
- A clean driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.

Your role in the team
We have (12 month) year-in-industry placement opportunities starting in summer 2024 for IT undergraduates with a keen interest in Customer Technical Support (including hardware, software and networking).
