      Duration: 12 weeks

      Location: Housing NOT provided / Must live within commutable distance to Ocoee, FL

      Job Description

      We are seeking a motivated IT Product Management Intern to join our dynamic Product & Technology team. This internship provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and delivery of digital products that enhance the guest experience and drive business value.

      As a IT Product Management Intern, you will:

      • Assist product managers in defining product requirements
      • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
      • Conduct competitive analysis and user research to support feature development
      • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders
      • Support testing and QA efforts to validate new features and functionality
      • Support day-to-day tasks

      Qualifications

      • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
      • Strong interest in product management, technology, and customer-focused design
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
      • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
      • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
      • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Tableau is a bonus
