  Job Description
  Role: IT Product Manager Configurator
  Location: Stuttgart, Germany (Hybrid- 2-3 times per week)
  Duration: 4- 6 months
  Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the calculation software in the area of component solutions and modernization
  • Act as an interface between the departments of Sales, Engineering, Production, and IT to gather and process requirements and define implementable solutions
  • Analyze, economically evaluate, and prioritize requirements from specialist departments, including feasibility assessments
  • Plan projects and milestones, including risk management and the creation of test plans within update cycles, as well as coordination with specialist departments
  • Analyze and define specifications for further development of the user interface and user experience design
  • Provide support to internal and external users regarding technical questions and content-related issues
  
  
  Professional and Personal Requirements
  • Successfully completed technical or business-related training, e.g., as a technician, business administrator, industrial engineer (m/f/d), or equivalent
  • Several years of experience as a project manager preferred, with solid knowledge of project management, including agile project management methods
  • Proficient IT skills, e.g., in MS Office, SharePoint, and Easy Redmine
  • Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and a structured approach to work
  • High degree of initiative and social competence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desirable: product knowledge and technical understanding specific to elevators
  • Openness to technical innovations and changes
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
