What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule jobs using IBM Workload Scheduler for both mainframe and distributed systems
- Build permanent scheduling definitions, including calendars, resources, variables, and events
- Provide mainframe ad-hoc scheduling support and assist in troubleshooting production issues
- Support SAP transports, code migration, and related applications
- Participate in on-call rotations and periodic weekend maintenance support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an IT role (e.g., Operations, Production Support, Systems Administration)
- At least 2+ years of experience with IBM Workload Scheduler z/OS and distributed scheduling
- 1 year of experience with operating systems such as UNIX, Linux, Mainframe, or Windows Server
- 1 year of experience with protocols like Telnet, SFTP, or TCP/IP
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with IWS, JES, JCL, MVS-TSO, ISPF/XEDIT, and IBM Utilities
- Knowledge of SAP application scheduling and SAP transports via SAP Solution Manager
- Working knowledge of Vi and Unix Shell scripting
- Experience with ServiceNow for change management and incident tracking
- Attention to detail and a strong customer service focus
