      Job Description

      Job Summary

      Gain practical experience and exposure to the professional world whole providing a broad understanding of various aspects of our organization and industry and allow participants to contribute to real projects and tasks.

      As an intern at Stewart, you will have access to work on real-world projects , and gain insights from mentors and leaders throughout the organization . Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in social and community events to enhance the experience – ultimately providing you with tools to support your transition from college to prof essional life. Our Summer Internship program runs June 3 – August 9 , 202 4.

      During the internship, you will:

      • Provide support to program/project managers and may manage small projects or a phase of larger projects .

      • Work with Project Manager to plan and conduct project management processes and activities as required ensuring all details of the project are planned and executed .

      • Coordinate daily project tasks and assist with project related activities tied to budget, schedule and resources .

      • Track project progress, manage task list, and provide status reports .

      • Organize project status meetings and team meetings as needed .

      • Utilize Microsoft Project , Excel, Teams , and SharePoint and other MS O365 products as needed

      • Be assigned projects that help to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements .

      • Be supported by a mentor, your manager, various business leaders, and the Human Resources team, all of whom will ensure you have valuable learning experience s.

      • Receive coaching , direct support , and feedback to enable you to complete assignments and projects and develop skills in Project Management .

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to inform your project(s) .

      • Learn internal processes, systems, and other industry-related information .

      Qualifications:

      To be successful in this role you will:

      • Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s level degree program , preferably with a project management track .

      • Have e xisting knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products . Microsoft Project is a plus .

      • T hrive in a fast-paced environment and have the passion and energy to leave your mark .

      • Be results-oriented, innovative, collaborative, analytical, hands-on, inquisitive, a quick learner, proactive, and have excellent communications skills (both w ritten and verbal) .

      • Have an eye for continually seeking to enhance a process or approach, while successfully delivering on assigned project (s).

      • Be a dept at handling a changing workload and high volume of information .

      • Be able to fulfill the duties of the role in either an in-person or remote environment for the duration of your internship (locations and format may vary) .

      • Be available to complete the entire internship program as defined by the communicated program start and end dates .

      • Be fluent in oral and writte n English and be eligible to legally work in the country in which you are applying, without company sponsorship or time restriction .
