What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, and direct the execution of project plans to effectively manage contract cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk
- Engage in collaborative communications with employees, government representatives, and other departments
- Develop and deliver regular management and government status reports
- Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors
- Demonstrate competence using project management tools to meet objectives and reporting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7-10 years of related professional experience
- PMP Certification
- Experience leading large projects across various domains at an enterprise level
- Experience in managing different Federal contract types
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading IRS Projects
- IRS SDLC and Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) experience
- Experience with Visio
