      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a single point of contact for medium to large-scale technical projects, coordinating meetings and tracking tasks
      - Manage project statuses, issues, and risks, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
      - Oversee diverse projects, including data/system migration, system implementation, and process automation
      - Utilize project management best practices and tools to enhance project outcomes
      - Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
      - 3-5 years of relevant experience in Project Management within an IT environment
      - Proven leadership ability and effective problem-solving skills
      - Strong experience managing multiple projects with complex interdependencies
      - Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, ACP, CSM) or the ability to obtain certification
      - Professional certification in project management
