What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee multiple strategic projects, managing scope, planning, scheduling, resource tracking, and budgeting
- Maintain risks, issues, and change impacts, ensuring effective communication and resolution
- Lead transformative projects that drive organizational growth and operational efficiency
- Manage project-related communication, status reports, and deliverables to key stakeholders
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements with an emphasis on quality and customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- 8+ years of project management experience with a proven delivery record
- Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Jira, and Excel
- Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions is highly preferred
- Ability to lead and influence peer groups at the executive level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP, PgMP, Agile and/or Lean certification(s)
- Background in process architecture and analysis, systematic problem solving, and organizational change management
- Experience applying agile methods, Lean principles, and traditional project management practices
- Ability to work independently and act as a trusted advisor
- Collaborative working style with business unit stakeholders and external suppliers
