      Job Description:
      • Manage large MIS projects/programs or IS components of projects including the development of proposal/charter, creating and maintaining the work plan, managing the project team to complete their tasks, tracking and escalating issues, and creating and presenting weekly status reports.
      • Work closely with Business, MIS, and Site Representatives, and Business Solutions.
      • Architects, Operations Architects, Security Architects, and Infrastructure Architects gather requirements, scope projects, and design solutions.
      • Secure project resources, communicate and receive commitments from project sponsors, and coordinate purchasing and procurement activities.
      • Work with the infrastructure, security, applications, and operations teams on building and executing project plans and transitioning support.
      • Understand the tactical and strategic plans of the business units and sites to support and promote an MIS strategy that aligns with the business process and operations.
      • Stay current on new business processes, new technologies, and project management methodologies.
      • Perform other duties as required.
      Qualifications:

      Minimum Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience in the Information Services or Process Technology fields, which includes four (4) years of Project Management experience on IT system implementations; OR.
      • High School diploma or GED and eleven (11) years of experience in the Information Services or Process Technology fields, which includes six (6) years of Project Management experience on IT system implementations.
      Preferred:
      • Bachelors degree in information technology or business preferred.
      • Scrum Master or Product Owner certification preferred.
      • Experiencing managing both applications and infrastructure programs/projects.
      • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization, including senior leaders.
      • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and tools.
      • Understanding of Agile/Lean leadership principles.
      • Familiarity with Azure DevOps to manage portfolios and features.
      • Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently.
      • Creative problem solver, with strong analytical skills.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills across a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
