What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Scrum Master leadership to the scrum team using Agile methodologies and best practices
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support the product owner and development team to deliver high value to clients and end users
- Identify and remove impediments across the cross-functional team
- Assist teams in completing release objectives and enable self-organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active MBI (MUST HAVE)
- At least 5+ years of IT program management experience
- Experience with sprint ceremonies and release planning
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
