What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with program management best practices
- Utilize software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodology to oversee project execution
- Handle budget and resource management for complex projects
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to influence and collaborate on project goals
- Implement risk management strategies and maintain internal controls for quality assurance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in program management and project management processes
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Jira; familiarity with Planview is a plus
- Strong understanding of agile methodology and project management life cycle (PMLC)
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Ability to organize and present information effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing projects with small budgets and scopes across multiple systems
- Familiarity with Application Maintenance Change Process (AMCP)
- Previous work experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
