      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, time, and cost constraints
      - Lead project teams through chartering and planning processes, coordinating tasks and resources effectively
      - Conduct high-level analysis to define project scope and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports
      - Facilitate communication with project sponsors and team members, reporting on project status and addressing risks and issues
      - Conclude projects upon completion, ensuring proper transfer of deliverables and archiving of project records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED; 4-Year college degree preferred
      - 1-3 years of experience creating project plans or coordinating schedules or tasks
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and Outlook
      - Ability to communicate complex technical scenarios in understandable terms
      - Capability to work productively and be accountable while working remotely

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP Certification preferred
      - Experience with ADO (Azure Dev Ops) and ServiceNow
      - Willingness to learn and take direction in coordinating project tasks
      - Demonstrated ability to manage a mix of long-term and short-term tasks
      - Strong communication skills that facilitate collaborative decision-making
