      VP AI Program Manager – Mississauga

      About the Team

      This position resides within the CTO organization and is an integral component of the AI Enablement team. The AI Enablement team is responsible for accelerating the enablement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities at Citi. The team's mandate includes accelerating the enablement of AI capabilities across Citi, centrally orchestrating cross-organizational dependencies spanning Innovation, Infrastructure, Security, Risk, Legal, and Procurement. The team removes roadblocks, anticipates potential oversights, and provides strategic guidance to speed up the AI implementation. The team also offers practical insights to prioritize the most impactful AI capabilities, ensuring that Citi realizes benefits and sustains a competitive advantage.

      About the Role

      The AI Program Manager will work closely with stakeholders at all levels within the organization from technical SMEs and specialists to users and management to accelerate the enablement of AI capabilities.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Proactively manage the successful enablement of prioritized AI capabilities.
      • Proactively manage cross-organizational dependencies, roadblocks, and potential oversights.
      • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure the efficient delivery of requirements, adhering to agreed timelines, standards, policies, frameworks, etc.
      • Serve as a credible advisor to stakeholders at all levels to accelerate AI enablement.
      • Champion proactive PM best practices

      • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
      • Excellent presentation skills.

      Experience

      • Background in managing programs within a highly regulated environment.
      • Solid knowledge of Program Management techniques, including Prince2 and Agile.
      • Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
      • Consulting background a plus.
