- Develops and maintains test strategy and plan for functional and non-functional requirements testing.
- Handles test case design, test data mining and test execution for functional and non-functional tests.
- Plan, document, track and coordinates testing, handles requirements traceability, metrics, defect, issue and risk management.
- Develops test summary reports, dashboards to communicate vital test status, issues and risks to key stakeholders and helps in go, no-go decisions.
- Demonstrates passion for quality and strives for continuous improvements to deliver a better-quality product in a cost-effective way and faster.
- Strong experience with manual and automated testing.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to work independently and produce strong results.
- Ability to analyze and understand complex business requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to think critically and from outside the box.
- Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
The Sales Compensation Systems team is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join the team. This team member will be involved in both manual and automated testing efforts to support our Compensation and Producer systems, as well as our growth metric data in the data lake. This position will be working as part of our testing team across all applications that are supported by the Sales Compensation area, in order to improve overall quality of code changes and compensation efforts.
This position allows full-time remote work.

Salary target: $74,000 - $101,750 + annual incentive bonus. The salary target represents the expected salary range of candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
