      Our team is truly global, from Florida to Cebu, from Massachusetts to Mumbai, from Provo to Sydney. We're looking for an IT Recruiter to support the operation growth in Argentina. The IT Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.

      What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

      • Responsible for creating and coordinating the recruitment strategy of the IT roles in Argentina end-to-end.

      • Support on different recruitment process in Brazil, North America & EMEA for IT and non-IT Roles.

      • Responsible for gathering and defining the profile requirements, as well as the recruiting strategy with focus on both candidate's and Hiring Manager's experience.

      • Responsible for sourcing and headhunting candidates for our open roles.

      • Keeping Hiring Managers on the loop about market trends, recruitment strategies and pipeline's status.

      • Generation of internal reports for the different stakeholders of the process through Workday, Excel or PowerBI.

      • Drafts recruitment advertisements: posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.

      • Assists with the recruitment process with the agencies.

      • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.

      • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.

      • Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.

      • Performs other HR related duties as assigned.

      Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

      • Advanced student or graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields.

      • 2 years of experience in similar roles.

      • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.

      • Advance English skills (Mandatory) - Both written and verbal communication are key in this role.

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      • Excellent interpersonal skills.

      • Data-driven mindset: Knowledge in recruiting reports with Excel and/or PowerBI.

      • Experience working with Linkedin Recruiting for sourcing.

      • Experience working with Workday or other ATS.

      This is a full-time position with a salary in ARG currency ; please, complete the question of salary expectations in pesos.
