What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first contact customer service support for technical issues within the employer's technology environment
- Ensure accurate triage, documentation, and prioritization of incidents
- Utilize remote desktop and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Assist with access administration, asset management, and procurement tasks
- Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A four-year degree or a high school diploma with at least 1 year of customer service experience or related achievements
- Availability to work core hours of operation, with a willingness to be on call for urgent issues
- Prior experience working on an IT Service Desk/Help Desk is preferred
- Must be able to travel out-of-state occasionally for special projects
- Dependable with schedule and attendance; adaptability to changing priorities
