      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first contact customer service support for technical issues related to the employer's technology environment
      - Ensure accurate triage, documentation, and prioritization of incidents
      - Utilize remote desktop and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
      - Complete access administration, asset management, and procurement tasks
      - Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A four-year degree or a high school diploma with at least 1 year of customer service experience or relevant achievements
      - Availability to work a rotating schedule, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm Central Time
      - Willingness to be on call for urgent issues and provide onsite support after hours
      - Ability to travel out-of-state occasionally for special projects
      - Strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills

      - Prior experience working on an IT Service Desk/Help Desk
      - Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
      - Commitment to building trust and maintaining patient-centric focus
      - Initiative to develop and understand new technologies
      - Experience in a dynamic environment with accountability for schedule and attendance
